Innocent Until Proven Guilty

I am so sick of everyone accusing Michael Vick of Dog Fighting, before his trial has even played out. Give the man a fair opportunity to give his story. Do we honestly know that he did this? The anwser is NO. The only people who know is him, and GOD. Do not Judge the man, I am with everyone if he did it, it was dead wrong, and he should face the maximum sentence, and he should pay the maximum fine. But please, give the guy a chance. There is no question that he needs to mature a little. No Question he needs to realize who he is, and that everything he does he will not be able to hide from. But guys...he knows this. He is human just like all of us, and he deserves the right to a fair trial, and for the people who are involved in the trial to to determine whether he did this terrible crime. I am not siding with anyone, im just not quick to judge.

I think Emmitt Smith said it best when he said athletes need to realize when they reach the level of being a professional, it is the top level. There is No higher level. Not everyone can go there with them. They need to make the smart, business, and professional decision to be straight up with some of their friends and let them go, especially if they know there is a chance when they hang out with them, that they could get into trouble.

Athletes know when they sign the contract that their lives are no longer private. That is part of it...just like the trash man...the trash man knows with his job, that he might smell when he gets off for the day. The same for the athlete, they know with their job, and the big bucks they make, comes no privacy.

However, last time I checked we do live in America, and we do have the judicial system. Let let this play out and let it tell us if Vick is guilty or not. Be Fair. Remember how would you like it, if you were innocent and everyone said you werent.
